What you're booking
A consultation, not a product
This is an appointment with a prescribing pharmacist. What happens afterwards depends entirely on what we find.
We assess first
Full history, current medicines, and measurements we take ourselves. No self-declared numbers deciding your care.
We tell you straight
Sometimes the honest answer is diet, activity, or a conversation with your GP. We'd rather say that than sell you something.
We stay with it
If we start a treatment plan, you're reviewed regularly, not left with a repeat supply and nobody checking on you.
We don't name medicines here
UK law doesn't allow prescription-only medicines to be advertised to the public. If a treatment is appropriate for you, your pharmacist will discuss the options and risks at your consultation.
How it works
What happens, step by step
Book and complete your health questionnaire
About five minutes online. Medical history, current medicines, allergies, and what you've already tried. Your pharmacist reads it before you arrive.
Come in and be assessed
We check your ID, measure your height and weight ourselves, calculate your BMI and take your blood pressure. This cannot be done over the phone. That's a professional requirement, and it's also just better care.
We contact your GP, with your consent
Joined-up records keep you safe. If you'd rather we didn't, we'll explain what that means for whether we can proceed.
You get a written plan
Covering diet, activity, and, if it's clinically appropriate for you, a prescribed treatment. Cost is explained before anything is supplied.
Review, properly and regularly
We see you again to check your progress and whether to continue. Nothing continues indefinitely without review.
Cost
What the consultation costs
One price for the assessment, and it comes off your treatment plan. We don't name medicines or publish medicine prices, UK law doesn't allow it, and what's right for you is decided in the room, not in advance.

Everything you take, including anything from the supermarket shelf. Some things interact.
