If you are returning from an International Country then you might be needing
several tests in compliance with the UK Government testing requirements.

We offer several testing packages for travellers that are requiring a testing regime.
If you would like to purchase these test packages; they are available as an in-clinic option too.
Please make a purchase then send an email to the team at covid@mdxhealthcare.com with
your reference number and someone will contact you to individually book all your appointments
for you.

How do I get my Booking Reference?
Once you have paid for your testing package then you will get an email with your booking reference which can be used on your Passenger Locator Form (PLF) in order to e-enter England.
Can I travel to the clinic?
Yes, you may travel to our clinic during self isolation if its for the testing purposes or medical treatment. However, you must return to your quarantine location as soon as it is completed. In-clinic bookings can be made here. or a postal kits can be purchased from here.
What to expect?
Select the travel test package that suit your needs. If you are wanting a group booking then please contact us directly.
Once the test packages have been selected and purchased. Please email our team at covid@mdxhealthcare.com with your purchase reference then we can either book the test kits as a postal service or an in-clinic service.
What do the postal kits include?
The postal test kits contain a set of instructions which needs to be followed. The test kits will be pre-registered to you. Once the test is completed, then the sample can be returned back to the lab using the pre-paid envelope back to our laboratory partners.
When will I get my results from a postal kit?
The results are normally released within 24 hours from when the laboratory partner receives the sample. We cannot be held liable for any delays with the courier as this is beyond our control. Alternatively, samples can be dropped off to us or the laboratory directly.
Can I get a refund on these tests?
For the Day 2 and Day 8 tests; there is no refunds unfortunately.
